Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens is a keynote speaker at many conferences like the HR Congress, HR Leadership Summit and UNLEASH

He has run several courses and workshops as associate partner at McKinsey and in his current role as SVP, Global Head of Innovating Ways of Working, Digital HR, People Analytics at Solvay.


PROGRAM


​The 2-day workshop consists of 2 main modules: Digital HR and HR analytics. Each module starts with a theoretical framework, followed by tools and application to an HR case. The workshop will be very interactive. You'll practice the frameworks that you can immediately start using after the masterclass.

DAY 1 - DIGITAL HR

DAY 2 - HR ANALYTICS

  • People Analytics Cases: learn from successful cases on topics such as predicting turnover, absenteeism and employee retention
  • The 4step framework: get the practice of people analytics, from defining the business question to the action planning
  • Team Challenge: work together on people analytics problem statements and approaches
  • Open Problem Solving in Lean Coffee rotation style

Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens is passionate about re-imagining ways of working to unleash the full potential of people and organizations. He was a Management Consultant for 10 years involved in many projects around Europe and the USA. He founded an internal start-up "People insights" and led McKinsey's EMEA Organizational Solutions Team. Bruce was an associate partner in McKinsey's Organization Practice working on change, agility, high performing teams, digital and people analytics. He now works for Solvay since January 2017, transforming and innovating HR and ways of working in all it's aspects. ​
